Emmie Finley is Hall County's Shot Put Champion
At last week's Hall County Track & Field Championship, Emmie Finley won the Shot Put and was the runner-up in the Discus. Tristan Buffington placed 3rd in the Long Jump. In the 100m Hurdles, Emilia Horton ran a school record 19.27 and qualified for the Finals where she came in 6th. And finally, Taliah Gaither, Shelby Nottingham, TJ Blackwell, & Wade Haynes all placed in the Top 8 in their event.

This Month: Lower School Parent Coffees
Current parents as well as prospective families are encouraged to attend the Lower School rising-grade-level coffees. These coffees are an informative opportunity to highlight the distinctions of your child(ren)’s upcoming grade-level experience. The coffees also serve as a time of community among parents to help build relationships for the upcoming school year.

The coffees will be held at 8:25 am in the Bagwell, which is located on the lower level of the administration building. Coffee and light refreshments will be served.

Please register your attendance at your child’s rising grade-level coffee. You are welcome to bring a friend who may be interested in having their child attend Lakeview!

Register now for summer programs that provide your child with fun, hands-on experiences, including outdoor exploration, athletics, fine arts, robotics, and creative play. Rising seniors can focus on college applications in the College Application Jump Start held in June and July. Spots fill quickly, so don't delay!

Learn to Row
Lakeview seniors who are Lake Lanier Rowing Club members will share information about the club during middle school PE classes on April 12.
In addition, you can sign up for Bring a Friend Day at the club on April 29 from 9:-11:30 am to learn to row from other Lakeview students.

Teacher Appreciation Week Begins April 17 Your Help is Needed
In anticipation of Teacher Appreciation Week, the Lakeview Parents Association (LPA) is asking for donations to help "stock the fridge" with goodies for all faculty and staff to enjoy along with other planned activities.
