When you click on the banner, you will see a list of forms, the due dates, as well as where you are in the process for filling out these forms.
Status may be “Review”, “Completed”, “Signature Required”, etc. Click the pencil button next to the form you wish to complete. If you have to exit a form before you complete it, the system should remember your entries and you will be able to return to it at a later time.
The system will send notifications periodically until all required forms are completed.
