Privacy Settings

From any page on the Lakeview website, www.lakeviewacademy.com, click the orange LOGIN link. If you have forgotten your user name or password, refer to that tutorial in this issue.

The page will open on the Resouce Board. The top, blue bar is the universal navigation bar. Regardless of which personae you use, this bar remains the same. Access your Privacy settings by:

Clicking on your name (located in the top, right);

Selecting Settings.

When the Account Settings page opens, click the Privacy tab on the left side (shown below).

The Privacy tab is where you may determine how your contact information will appear in the school directory.

When you select options to customize the publish settings, changes are saved automatically.

Publish Options

Do not include my name, or any information about me in the directory
If you do not wish to have ANY of your information listed in the directory, please contact Marie Chandler at marie.chandler@lakeviewacademy.org or call 770-531-2631.

Include my name, but do not include any other information about me
If selected, your name appears in the directory search results, but your profile and all contact information is hidden.

Include my name, and only the specific information selected below to those specific constituent types
If selected, this option allows you to pick and choose which information to publish to other groups. You will then set the publish information in this section by selecting the role to publish and unpublish information to and selecting the appropriate fields to share information.
